Call Sarah when you're ready, and do ANYTHING, talk about ANYTHING (ideally with a couple news stories, work stories, etc. in your back pocket, especially if they're embedded with attractive traits) and simply do it in a way that's attractive.
Wait for the tests, and when they come simply pause, think about what an attractive, dominant, in-control, leader of the pack MAN would do in response, and then do or say THAT response.
DO NOT:
1. REACH OUT TO HER OFTEN.
1. REACH OUT TO HER OFTEN.
- You need more time. You need to practice this stuff in your mind more first. You need to put distance between the old you and the new you that you are about to create.
- You MUST let your endless obsessive thinking and over-attachment fizz out more. The less you talk to her, the more opportunity you have to grow your indifference to her.
2. DO NOT DO the following things when you DO talk to her:
- Do Not React to Her Reactions -- the qualities David D teaches are solid. If she reacts negatively, simply change the topic. Don't get reeled into her game. Just don't acknowledge it, seriously -- you're doing nothing wrong, and you refuse to be bothered by her negativity any more.
- "Never give a woman a direct answer, unless it's no" This can be difficult and frustrating to the woman, but it's powerful. Answer questions with questions. Don't give her approval.
- Talk about YOU in any way, shape, or form.
- What you're up to
- What you're working on
- What you're making
- You're business
- THE ONLY EXCEPTION is your tinder profile.
- Apologize.
- Explain how you've been unattractive and how you get it now.
- Show her this blog.
- Point out ANY past mistakes.
- Say anything with regards to how you're doing things differently now.
- Bring up past mistakes.
- Talk about the past.
- Talk about your relationship.
- Keep your phone near you in case she texts.
- Respond right away.
- You must gain true indifferent to whether she texts you or not. This has to be programmed constantly and will develop over time. And it's CRUCIAL that you keep your eyes OFF the phone during the whole thing or you'll undermine it.
My obsessive thinking with regards to Sarah is fueled by my being overly invested in the idea that time together is important to the relationship (it's a neutral - it can go either way), the idea that I need her or I need love, that it will hurt too much not to talk to her, etc, etc, etc.
The above shows how silly this attitude is. IT DOESN'T MATTER! Attraction and status are based on indifference, fearlessness, confidence, pride-in-oneself, and an aloof attitude towards others.
So to be obsessively needing her is the EXACT OPPOSITE: You care so much it's concerning, you're afraid and overly invested, you're cheap and easy, insecure, and miserably worthless.
Instead of needing the relationship, convey that you DON'T need the relationship. That your tired of her attitude problems. That you're not going to take her shit any more. AND DO THAT IN A WAY THAT IS NON-AGGRESSIVE, NON-DEFENSIVE, NON-FEARFUL, NON-COMBATIVE.
Just start going off the wall. When she puts up a challenge take her down a detour. If she says shes serious just say "That's good that your serious, and it's okay to feel that way."... and go back to doing whatever YOU want to do.
DO NOT GET TRAPPED. You can always lead it somewhere you want to go. Your job is to stop getting stuck in the bathroom and to start driving the bus again.
NLP: Doing all this, reviewing it, practicing it, and spending time now working on it will be EASIER and LESS TIME CONSUMING than the alternative.
The alternative is endless obsessive thinking about Sarah.
It's worrying a lot and being in a constant pain.
It's draining your energy and ability to work by burning your willpower on worrying about this stuff.
You will get more work done at home and with ROARS if you feel comfortable in your re-time. And in this particular period of your life (that is to say, September 2016), you need to grow your attraction so that you don't have this huge energy hole burning it's way through your mind.
So not only will this free up your willpower energy levels, but the extra energy will save you time long-term.
